How long will my balloons last?
Unfortunately balloons do not last forever. Our balloon garlands are air filled, which can last up to 3-4 weeks indoors in a controlled temperature. Helium balloons are also best in controlled temperatures.
How well do balloons last in the heat?
Sunlight can cause balloons to pop. We recommend balloons to be placed in shaded areas to avoid the direct heat. Lighter colors work best in the sun.
Do you come back to take the balloons down?
We only come back to pick up rentals. If balloons are attached to a rental prop there will be an additional fee for breakdown.
Most balloon garlands are easy to take down with scissors. Command strips are also used and easy to remove, here is an instructional video if needed.
What if a balloon pops after installation?
There are many things that can cause a balloon to pop (heat, tree branches, animals, vandalism, et.). Once delivered, Pretty Fancy Events is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of once delivered. If a balloon is popped during installation or transport we will replace it.
What is the cancelation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve the date and time for your installation or rental. In the event that your event is cancelled, you can reschedule for a later date.
Do you deliver outside of Memphis?
Yes, for an additional fee. Be sure to add this information in your inquiry form.
Do I have to make a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking date/time. If the deposit is not paid the order is not confirmed.
Is there a fee for last minute bookings?
Yes, orders placed within a week of the event date are subject to a “Rush” fee. We recommend orders placed 2-3 weeks in advance.
